Why should I register an account profile?
You do not need to register an account profile to have access to our selection of De-Alcoholised beverages from Norah’s Valley. However, doing so will enable us to save your details, saving you time at checkout the next time you shop with us. To register an account profile, please click "Register" at the top of the page.
How old do I have to be to buy from Norah’s Valley?
Our range is de-alcoholised, but you must be 18 years or older to purchase.
What is the minimum number of bottles per order?
At this stage, we only offer cases of Norah’s Valley (6 bottles per case). We are looking at options to sell individual bottles.
How do I know that my online payments are secure?

We have partnered with YOCO – an industry leader in online payment solutions – to ensure that your online transactions are secure.

Can I buy directly from Norah’s Valley head office?

We do not operate a traditional Wine Shop. Our range of beverages are dispatched from head-office in Johannesburg or a Cape Town distribution point.

Can I buy Norah’s Valley at a retailer?

We are in the process of rolling out our distribution outlets. As of July, you are able to purchase at the following outlets in Gauteng: Bootleggers - Fourways Crossing and Glenvista, Weleda Pharmacies and Lynnwood Health Shop.

What if my order includes broken/faulty bottles?

Simply contact us within seven days of receiving your order at and we will attend to the situation as soon as possible.

If you open a bottle within three months of purchase and are not completely satisfied (ie. Off wine), please keep the bottle and contact us immediately. We will arrange for your wine to be collected when we deliver your replacement wines.

Which areas do you deliver to?
We have a nationwide distribution network and are able to service every province within South Africa. All safety precautions are in place based on Government stipulations.
Am I able to cancel my order once I have made payment?
If the order has not been dispatched, we are able to cancel the order and refund the invoiced amount.

If the order has been dispatched, you (the customer) will have to cover the courier charges for the return.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Once the order has been placed, payment has been received and you have received your order confirmation, delivery will commence within 48hours.

Expected lead times will be 5-7 working days from date of dispatch. You will receive an email with the tracking number once the goods have been dispatched.

Do you deliver 7 days per week?
Yes, due to our range being de-alcoholised, we do not have restrictions on delivery days and times. Public Holidays are subject to a special delivery time.
Can I cancel my order?

If for any reason you would like to cancel an order this may be done by contacting our office via email:

You will only be able to cancel orders until midnight on the day prior to the date of delivery. We may debit your payment card for the delivery fees in respect of any late cancellations.

If you cancel your payment for any reason or if your payment card should cease to be valid for whatever reason, you will remain liable for the full purchase price, including all related costs.

We reserve the right to cancel any sale and/or your registration in the event of a breach of any of these or the General Terms.

How do I pay for my order?

You may do a direct bank transfer (EFT) or you can make use of our secure payment platform YOCO.

YOCO allows credit card payments (Visa and Mastercard) via WhatsApp, SMS and Email. A link will be sent to you (the customer), and you will be able to pay quickly and securely.
